Appointments

Treatments are by appointment only.

For morning appointments, please text or e-mail me for available times.

For Online Booking – click the Book Now button and follow the instructions.

If you prefer not to use Online Booking, I would be pleased to assist you. Please feel free to contact me by phone or email and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible to arrange your appointment.

Your Responsibilities as a Patient

· Arrive on time for your appointment.
· Please wear loose comfortable clothing and underwear.
· Please have something to eat before coming in for your treatment but avoid big meals. A small snack at least 2 hours prior is sufficient.

Payment

Payment is by cash, cheque, e-transfer, or any of the following:

  • Visa, Master Card, American Express,
  • Interac,
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay.

I also do direct-billing for most insurance providers.

Cancellation

24-hour notice for cancellation of your scheduled appointment is appreciated. This allows the possibility to provide another patient a treatment during that time. A full treatment fee will be charged for insufficient notice.

Additional Information

The number of treatments for a condition being treated will be discussed at the initial assessment or subsequent visits.

The Clinic is intended to be a healing and safe environment. As such please turn off your electronic devices.

In certain cases, home visits are possible. Please contact me to discuss and determine if this is a possibility in your case.

Current days of operation are Tuesday to Saturday.

 

Provincial standards as directed be each Provincial College for Acupuncturist for masking will be followed.

Please note the following:
- All treatments are by appointment only and disinfection procedures will be done between clients.
- Masks are required to be worn in the common areas.
- Please cancel your appointment if you are experiencing any cold/flu/covid symptoms or have had close contact with someone with the above symptoms within the last 5 days.
